  PAUL'S BEATLE CONNECTION...

Paul's music connection to the fab four is that his father
Geoff Wilde played at The Cavern.

As a trumpet player in various jazz bands during the 50's and 60's he witnessed first hand the transition from jazz to the Beat scene.

Paul will be devoting a page to his Dad in the very near future.
This to document his memories and experiences of the Cavern Club and the era. The fact he played at The Oasis Club in Manchester along with other local haunts is another reason to get his account of what those days were like.

Paul is a regular at the annual August bank holiday Beatles convention in Liverpool.
